We currently do not offer any exchanges or refunds at the moment, unless the product has evident damages before delivery. In such unforeseeable circumstances the customer must put in a claim at contact@myeidi.com within 10 days of receiving their package, along with pictures of the damages on the product. We will entertain claims for unique cases where Item arrived is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. In which case a replacement package will be shipped to the customer if the claim has been approved.

MyEidi makes every effort to ensure our products are accurate as possible to the images and descriptions on the website. However there might be minor differences due to lighting, picture editing, and your device display settings that might alter the colors in the picture.
